Liban Quarry
During the Second World War, it was the Nazi labour camp. Now it's a tourist attraction. It's still a dangerous place. All metal consturctions are rusty and falling apart. Tall grass and trees grow everywhere, so walking nearby can be difficult. Nevertheless, many people come to see this place. You can see it from above and you can get to the bottom. I went on a guided tour because I wanted to learn more about this place. To my surprise, the guide didn't show us anything. He talked and talked and talked. The only place we saw was the grave of people murdered by Nazi in 1944. He didn't take us farther because he said it was too dangerous. When he finished talking, some people decided to find the path to the heart of the quarry. I decided to join them. It was a good decision. We met a guy who told us even more interesting stories about this place.
